How to create new file template in the dolphin

• create the template file in ~/.local/share/templates/source, e.g. filename.md
• create a desktop file in the ~/.local/share/templates, file should look like this

[Desktop Entry]
Name=New word..
Comment=new microsoft word file
Type=Link
URL=./source/filename.md
Icon=Markdown
